We understand that every bra you buy in your size will not fit in the same way, so if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange for another size/style.

Once we receive the returned item/s within 10 working days from the time we dispatched the goods we will refund you or complimentary post back to you the correct size or different style you require. There will be a $12.50 re-stocking fee for any goods exchanged or refunded.

PLEASE NOTE:  no exchanges or returns are offered on briefs, thongs, sale rack items or for international customers.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged.

We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
